How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Returns

Can I return or exchange the products?

If you are unhappy with Vaggu Jewelry for any reasons, you always the right to notify us at a distance or outside the premises commercial within 14 days of receipt of the goods *. (via email: contactus@vaggu.studio) to withdraw from the contract without having to justify their decision. In this case, the consumer is burdened only by the direct cost of returning the goods. In the event of a Company error in packaging or damage to the product, the shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the consumer. Upon receipt of the goods, the company returns all payments to the consumer. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

* Merchandise must be as received – undamaged in original packaging.

Promotions

In the event of withdrawal from the contract for items purchased in a 1+1 or 2+1 free promotion, the customer must return all items, as the contract is concluded for all items. Only in the case of returning all items is the customer entitled to a refund.

Repairment Expenses

Jewelry Care

How should I care for my Vaggu jewelery?

Your Vaggu jewelery should be handled with care at all times. Please keep your Vaggu jewellery out of reach of small children and babies.

999 silver material is relatively soft. If the stud is bent due to any movement, gently starighten it by hand.

999 silver jewellery will not tarnish, but over time, you will experience a slight dulling of the silver hue as the metals in the silver alloy react with the compounds in the air. Polish frequently with a soft polishing cloth to maintain the shine and avoid silver dips, polishing liquids, ultrasonic cleaning and strong chemicals.

A safe way to clean most jewellery is to polish it with toothpaste. Alternatively, you can pour hot water into a bowl lined with aluminum foil, add salt and rinse your jewelry in the solution.

Jewellery should be stored away from sunlight and heat, in a protective (lined) jewellery box. It can also be stored in a plastic zip lock bag made of mylar or polyethylene. Never use polyvinyl plastic bags as they contain sulphur compounds, which will make 999 silver oxides faster.

We recommend that you do not wear any jewellery whilst bathing, whilst in bed or during sporting activities.
